Overview:
The purpose of this workshop is to use the features of the data ribbon and the PivotTable of Excel for what we call datamining.
Using the process of extracting and discovering patterns in small and large data sets involving methods like sorting, filtering, and other Excel tools is what we call data mining.
When you complete this workshop-you will be able to use all the data features of Excel; sorting, filtering, using the subtotal, and manipulating the data with PivotTable and PivotCharts. The attendees will be using the same Excel files that the instructor uses-with the objective of being able to use the features on their own.
